Scope of Services:
Service Description: The Service Provider agrees to provide lawn mowing services at the Client's property located at the address mentioned above.
Access to Property: The Client hereby grants permission to the Service Provider to access the property for the purpose of mowing lawns when no one is in attendance. Mowing services will occur as per an agreed schedule, which may vary based on weather conditions and other factors.
Terms and Conditions:
Schedule: The Service Provider and the Client will agree on a schedule for lawn mowing, taking into consideration weather conditions and other relevant factors.
Payment: The Client agrees to pay the Service Provider the agreed-upon fee for the lawn mowing services. Payment terms and amounts will be detailed in a formal invoice, which will be sent to the Client's email address provided above. Payment for services rendered will be due within 5 days from the completion of the lawn mowing. If the Client fails to make payment according to the terms outlined in this contract, and such failure leads to the escalation of collection efforts by the Service Provider or any third-party collection agency, the Client shall be responsible for any additional fees incurred as a result of such collection efforts. These fees may include but are not limited to legal fees, court costs, and collection agency fees. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from the Client's failure to make timely payment under this contract.
Cancellation: In the event the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, they must provide notice to the Service Provider within 1 day in advance.
Liability: The Service Provider shall exercise reasonable care while providing services; however, they are not liable for any damage or injury that may occur on the property during the provision of services.
Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice.
Consent:
By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement and consent to the provision of lawn mowing services by FreshCut Lawns as described herein.
